As the Director of Property Management, Terrence Riley oversees the firm’s daily operations, financial management platform, capital projects and tenant retention program.

A property operations leader with decades of experience, Riley has managed a variety of mixed-use commercial properties across all asset classes. Riley’s past clients include institutional investment firms, retail property owners and local owner-operators totaling nearly 20,000,000 square feet over his career.

Prior to Joining Dartmouth, Terrence served as the Director of Property Management for CREF LLC overseeing a portfolio of medical office buildings throughout New England.  He previously held positions at Synergy Investments, Broadway Real Estate Services, Keypoint Partners, Cummings Properties and Wellesley Management.

Terrence received his Bachelor of Arts degree from UMASS Amherst where he played Division 1 Lacrosse. Terrence was inducted into the Hingham High School Hall of Fame in 2019.
