Chuck O'Brien

Beginning his commercial real estate career in the Washington D.C. area, Chuck has been working in the property management for the last 25 years. In addition to his time in the nation’s capital, he has managed properties in Hartford, CT and Boston, MA. While in Hartford, he and his team won BOMA’s TOBY Award for a 275k sqft class- A property. Prior to joining the Dartmouth Property Management as the Director of Operations, Chuck was the Director of Operations at Harvard University for the last 13 years. His responsibilities included the university’s 3.3 mil sqft commercial portfolio and many of its high values assets. 

 

Chuck holds a BS in Construction Management from Roger Williams University and an MBA for Assumption College. While at Harvard University he competed for and was awarded a Senior Administrative Fellowship from the Harvard Law School for leadership and negotiations. Chuck is a Real Property Administrator (BOMA) and has a MA real estate license (inactive).
