Bob Macnamara
Principal Of Property Management
Bob has successfully negotiated more than ten million square feet of commercial, industrial and retail lease, including tenants such as Monster, EDS, Verizon, FedEx, Comcast, Urban Outfitters/Anthropologie, People’s United Bank, Legal Seafoods, Timberland, Ted Baker, Betsey Johnson, Radio Shack, Planet Fitness, Calvin Klein, David’s Tea and Sovereign Bank. He has managed large complex portfolios as well as single tenant third party assets in all types of asset classes.
Bob is a former Director of the Weston Golf Club. He is a Trustee on several condominium Boards and is a member of NAIOP, REFA. Bob Lives in Sudbury, MA with his wife and two children.
Kristina Descoteaux
Director Of Property Management
Kristina has seventeen years’ property and asset management experience. For the last twelve years, she managed the assets for MIT Investment Management Company in Cambridge. For eight of those years, she worked for Colliers International as a Vice President managing a team of 30+ professionals overseeing the daily operations of 110 assets (totaling over seven million square feet) consisting of office, lab, residential, ground lease and industrial/warehouse. Before Colliers, she spent four years’ as a General Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle managing Technology Square, a seven building Class A lab and office complex totaling over a million square feet. She started her career at Spaulding and Slye managing assets in the financial and leather districts in Boston.
Chuck O’Brien
Beginning his commercial real estate career in the Washington D.C. area, Chuck has been working in property management for the last 25 years. In addition to his time in the nation’s capital, he has managed properties in Hartford, CT and Boston, MA. While in Hartford, he and his team won BOMA’s TOBY Award for a 275k sqft class- A property. Prior to joining the Dartmouth Property Management as the Director of Operations, Chuck was the Director of Operations at Harvard University for the last 13 years. His responsibilities included the university’s 3.3 mil sqft commercial portfolio and many of its high values assets.
Chuck holds a BS in Construction Management from Roger Williams University and an MBA for Assumption College. While at Harvard University he competed for and was awarded a Senior Administrative Fellowship from the Harvard Law School for leadership and negotiations. Chuck is a Real Property
